1. Use of Argoomap
1.1 Argoomap is an Internet based decision-making tool used here for resolving the issue of downtown parkade site selection problem in Canmore. The Planning and Development Department of the Town of Canmore and GEOIDE project own and control the availability of data and functions on the site. Anyone can register to use the tool, but their use will be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2 You MUST NOT use or attempt to use any of the information on this site deliberately to commit any crimes against Federal or Provincial law.
1.3 You MUST NOT pass on or share your “user name” or “password”.
1.4 You MUST NOT try to circumvent the security features of this website, or tamper with, hack into, or in some other way disrupt or disable any computer system, server, website, router or other device used to host this site or make it available.
 
2. Use of Material, Functions, Data and Information

2.1 All material, functions, data and information on this website are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights. If you access and use any of the material, data and/or information made available to you on this site, you do so subject to these terms & conditions.
2.2 The material, data and/or information you access may be subject to specific terms of access imposed on its use by the product owners.
2.3 Under these terms & conditions you are permitted to view any material, data and/or information that the product owners allow you to access on this website.
2.4 You MUST acknowledge the contribution of the Planning and Development Department of Canmore and GEOIDE Project by using citation in any derived information product or publication, whether printed, electronic or broadcast that is based wholly or in part on the material, data and/or information made available to you.
2.5 You MUST NOT make any financial profit from use of the material, functions, data and/or information on this website or from any products you derive without first obtaining written permission from the product owners.

4.3 Abusive, racist, and sexually explicit language ARE NOT welcomed. We will delete such language on the discussion board.

4.5 Personal data will be collected after you finish the location decision making. Bear in mind that it is optional. However, we hope to get this information for further scientific analysis. Any personal data will NOT be released and they will be only used for scientific research purposes. DO NOT submit any personal data if you DO NOT want to be included in our research, and please DO NOT send us any personal data about anyone else WITHOUT their permission.
